How to get started with web development?

I'm completely new to web development and want to learn how to build websites, but I'm not sure where to start. There are so many technologies and frameworks mentioned - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular - and I'm confused about what I actually need to learn first. I've seen some tutorials online, but they seem to jump around between different concepts without explaining the fundamentals clearly.
