Career paths after studying Business?
I'm graduating soon with a degree in Business and I'm excited but also anxious about my career prospects. While I know there are many opportunities available, I'm not sure which path would be the best fit for my interests and skills. I've been researching different career options, but the information online is often generic and doesn't give me a clear picture of what day-to-day work looks like in various roles. I'm also unsure about salary expectations, required skills, and advancement opportunities. Could graduates or professionals in Business-related fields share their career journeys? What roles are available, what do they involve, and what advice would you give to someone just starting out? I'm particularly interested in hearing about both traditional and non-traditional career paths. I'm currently studying at Lagos State University and would appreciate any advice from fellow students or graduates who have been in similar situations.
How to get started with web development?
I'm completely new to web development and want to learn how to build websites, but I'm not sure where to start. There are so many technologies and frameworks mentioned - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular - and I'm confused about what I actually need to learn first. I've seen some tutorials online, but they seem to jump around between different concepts without explaining the fundamentals clearly. I want to understand how websites work from the ground up before moving to more advanced topics. What's the best learning path for someone starting from zero? Should I focus on frontend development first, or is it better to learn full-stack development? What resources or courses would you recommend for building a solid foundation in web development?
