Research opportunities in Computer Science?
I'm interested in research opportunities in Computer Science and want to get involved, but I'm not sure where to start or what's expected of undergraduate researchers. I'm passionate about learning and contributing to knowledge in my field. I've heard about research assistant positions and undergraduate research programs, but I don't know how to find these opportunities or what qualifications are needed. I'm also curious about the different types of research being conducted and how to identify areas that interest me. How did you get started in research? What opportunities are available for undergraduate students, and how can I approach professors about research positions? What skills should I develop, and how can I make myself a strong candidate for research opportunities? I'm currently studying at University of Lagos and would appreciate any advice from fellow students or graduates who have been in similar situations.
